Mid, right, backpain, I think is due poor positioning during sleep.
I had hair transplant 10days ago, and i couldn't sleep properly for a week or so assuming weird positions in bed to sleep.
Last 2 days i feel a mild constant pain in my mid right back, which get greatly amplified when i try to bend over.
I had a shot of diclofenac yesterday, to which i had a mild allergic reaction to it after a couple of hours, but my back pain was bit better. Till today, it's almost the same.
A way to feel better (unless i go get another shot) is to press my right ribs in a bit which makes it better for a couple of minutes.
I haven't lift or trained at all during last month and i don't feel any muscle to be tensed. The pain feels like is coming from a bit deeper.
Is it some pinched nerve or? If yes, anyone know what caused it and how can i fix it?
p.s. Can sleeping in a bad position for a week cause this? Will it get better on its own?
