Smile Say Goodbye to Back Pain

If you really want to learn about your back and what causes back pain, you should read this e-book that I found on Amazon.com. It’s called "Say Goodbye to Back Pain" and really helps one to understand the root causes and how to eliminate back pain altogether. In 90% of cases, the pain is because of muscle spasm and seldom is there anything wrong with the backbone. Surgery is required only in a very small minority of cases (1%) and only when red flags (symptoms such as numbness and tingling in the legs and feet, difficulty in passing urine or loss of bladder and/ or bowel control) which occur when the spinal cord or nerve roots are compressed. Although I was advised surgery for my back pain, this book made me realize that surgery was not necessary for my condition and, in fact, could be harmful. By correcting my posture, doing back stretching and strengthening exercises and heeding the advice regarding preventive measures, I have now got rid of my back pain.

Great advice - another thing to remember is that you spend approx one third of your life in bed and how well do you choose your bed?
