Default Pulsed radiofrequency to reduce back pain

In pulsed radiofrequency an electrical current is applied to a small area of nerve tissue to block the transmission of pain.

The doctor inserts a needle near to the nerve and a small electrode is threaded into the needle. A pulsed electrical current is passed through the electrode and this creates an electromagnetic field. This stops the nerve from transmitting pain signals to the brain. The procedure takes less than an hour.

The pain relief has been reported as lasting for 3 to 4 months and the procedure can be repeated.

  2. Default Back Pain

While proper posture is a good way of avoiding and reducing back pain, often times we forget to give attention to our posture. Proper use of back support may ease your pain by providing adequate support to your back as you go along with your daily activities, such as sitting on your office chair and working on your deadlines, bending over to lift equipment, or even when you’re out driving for a vacation. There is an array of back support you can choose from, you can have back support belts, back support pillows, back braces, and back stretchers and so on.
