I went to doctor because I have a pain in left back shoulder blade and told that it is a muscle spam and was given voltaren gel which is not working I have also been putting heat and ice on it but still in pain..Do you know of anything else I can do to aliviate the pain?
Also how long do muscle spasms take to go away.."
