    Hi everyone,
I think exercise is the best way to get relief from back pain. As we know that human body is not designed for chairs, but we have to sit on chairs for a long time. So, exercise is the best way for staying away from these types of problems.

Why don't you try YOGA. Back pain may be due to bad posture, overuse/underuse of the back, injury, herniated disc, sciatica, spinal tumor, etc., etc. The yogic exercises which alleviate back pain are Crocodile Pose (Makarasana), Half Locust Pose (Ardha Shalabhasana), Locust Pose (Shalabhasana), Leg Lock Pose (Supta Pawanmuktasana), Sleeping Abdominal Stretch Pose (Supta Udarakarshanasan), Cat Stretch Pose (Marjariasana) and Psychic Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama). Regular exercise relieves back pain by strengthening and stretching the muscles that support the spine and helps to prevent future injury.

I am sorry to hear what happened to you. You may need to see a chiropractor with regards to your bulging disc.
