Whats about the Cat Cow Yoga.Have you ever tried this form of Yoga to get rid of the lower back pain.It is an east technique to follow and effective too.Thanks for your video but the Cat Cow is the best in my view.
This guy is really good, although for some people in severe pain, a warm up is essential beforehand otherwise the back will hurt later. The second exercise he does here works amazingly well. If you do just two each of these a day, you will build your back muscles up, and significantly reduce pain.
And he says you should feel good straight away and not to continue if in pain, and that you should breathe deeply, which is very good advice.
People really underestimate just how deep breathing can help our muscles in two ways:
It relaxes us, as he says in the video but
It also increases the amount of oxygen into our lungs, and therefore the amount of oxygenated blood to our muscles.
Breathing is one thing smokers have actually got RIGHT!
Try emulating the way smokers breathe deeply when inhaling, but obviously without the cigarette. And notice instantly how much this relaxes you!
