The British Daily Mail covers the Bemer 3000 Magnetic Therapy Machine - a so called Bio Electro Magnetic Energy Regulator. 'It's a roll-out mattress, with built-in magnetic coils" and supposedly it raises oxygen levels in the blood by 15 per cent, and increases blood flow through the capillaries by 12 per cent, improving circulation and promoting the body's own preventative and self-healing.

The FDA has approved similar machines for treating bone fractures, although the treatment of back pain seems a little less clear.
