Poor Posture At Work
Poor posture at work is one surefire way to get yourself afflicted with low back pain. That's something everyone accepts these days.
But if you thought slouching over a computer in a sedentary desk job was the only occupational posture hazard, think again. You'll be surprised to know just how many professions can fall in the high risk category for low back pains.
If you carry heavy loads all day, you are just as likely to have low back pain as anyone who slouches over a desk for hours every day.
People with jobs that involve standing for long stretches of time may also develop sore backs and ultimately low back pain.
People who have to assume awkward postures at work, like a dentist, are also susceptible to low back pain.
Long distance drivers, mostly those who drive trucks and buses, are another high risk group. The humming engines may actually make things worse for their backs.

Improper sitting posture really can cause back pain. Continue doing it and without knowing it will drive to severe cases.
It is really important to those who work in the industry which requires number of hours to sitting down that they should have a routine of exercising.
Thank you.

Whichever profession you are in, you just can't avoid abusing your back and mainly it is posture related. The best way to overcome this problem is to practise yoga regularly so that the physical balance is restored. Yoga is timetested and proved its efficacy as a preventive technology.
