After being in pain for so long now i have joined this back pain forum, It amazes me that a prolapsed disc sufferers have to wait so long to eventually get to an MRI scan, It can take up to 8months and sometimes more from seeing a doctor, Being referred to a consultant then a wait of a minimum of 5 weeks for a scan then another 4 weeks to get results from your consultant, That if you are a NHS patient. I think its ridiculous They don't know like we do how much pain we are really feeling. And
